Job Overview
Red Shoes PR is looking for the next person to fill a pair of red shoes as an Account Supervisor. The growing company, which launched in 2008, seeks a dynamic, risk-taking, connect-the-dots strategic thinker with a killer personality. Applicants must have a minimum of eight to 10 years of experience in marketing and PR, with a minimum of three to five years of internal team management experience, be a hard worker at heart, firmly believe in the value of long-term relationships and have a thirst for continuous learning. And last but not least, a passion for red shoes.
Job Description
The Account Supervisor will oversee the client services team of five. This person will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client and internal relationships and creating new business opportunities within current client base. Account Supervisor has final responsibility for ensuring all client deliverables are accurate and on-time.
Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree with 8 – 10 years of experience at a marketing services company or corporate environment. Integrated brand communications planning and strategy experience in a management role is a must. Candidate should also have the ability to manage multiple client contacts and work with various agency teams across functions.
Must be a team player, have initiative, be organized and possess a gut instinct on how best to provide excellent client service. Multi-tasking is required with strong relationship building skills and a positive attitude.

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferably in communications, PR, marketing or business
• Minimum 8-10 years PR/Marketing/Communications experience at a marketing services company or corporate environment.
